2022 Kid Ninja Camps
 
Athletes in Kid Ninja Camps will progress through our curriculum of drills
and skills that are designed to maximize their athletic ability. 
Each camp is different and each camp increases a little in difficulty. 
All levels are welcome.

Train with former collegiate track coach and strength coach to help maximize your athletic ability. This isn't your normal "speed school." This is real athlete training from someone who has trained the best of the best. 
Sessions are by appointment for your convenience.

This isn't the typical "Cattle Call" class. This is personalized training to increase your child's athletic ability. Sessions are not exclusively 1 on 1. There may be other clients there, but your child's program is specific to them and they will be given more than adequate amounts of attention. This will be explained more at the first session. Siblings are able to train together at different ability levels. Adjustments will be made for age and experience.

Learn a whole bunch of ways to exercise that are different, fun, and challenging.
We introduce a real-life approach to health and wellness for the students.
The goal is to help kids find exercise that they enjoy and will continue throughout their life. All activities will be adjusted appropriately for age and ability level.
Some of the activities students will learn about: Fitness Fundamentals, Basics of Lifting Weights, Yoga, Crossfit, HIIT, Bodyweight & Parkour Training, Sport Performance Training, & Kettlebell Training.

Contact us to see about availability & location. Sessions are by appointment for your convenience. Sessions are not necessarily 1 on 1. There may be other clients there, but the child will follow the class curriculum and be given more than adequate attention.
